I am interested to buy a land lot in Surin Province and I let your firm searched for the title deed of this land lot at the Land Department a few weeks ago. However, I just noticed that it has some details that were concealed. So I would like to know why such details are concealed. Could you let me know for this matter?

Panwa: In accordance with the new law of the Land Department (the PDPA) which was effective from December of 2023, for the case that the land owner appointed someone to search the land title deed on his/her behalf, the land officer will conceal the details of the previous ownership deatils (transferor and transferee) and they will only show the current status of the current owner of the property.
