I will close my company this year, however I have not yet submitted the financial statements at DBD last year; do I need to submit the financial statements for 2020 at DBD first and how much is the penalty?
Panwa: Please note that for this case, the company must prepare the financial statements of 2020 , but no need to submit to DBD and no need to pay penalty. Moreover, for 2021 (closing period), the company must prepare the financial statements and submit it during the 2nd step of closing (liquidation).
