I am a Singaporean who is currently living in Thailand since 4 years ago. Anyway, the government in my home country requested me the evidence for the paid taxation for the previous 4 years. Do you know what is the documents that they request? If so, can you help and how long I can get this document?
Panwa: Please note that the document that your government requests is Tax Residence Certificate (TRC) to prove that you have paid taxes for the last 4 years in Thailand and to avoid double taxation in your home country as well. Moreover, we can assist you to apply for such TRC for the last 4 years which before we can apply your TRC, must request your travel records in Thailand from the Immigration Bureau first and the officer can issue your record within 3 working days. After obtain your record, can apply for TRC at the Revenue Department which the tax officer can issue your TRC around another 15 working days.
