I want to register a company here in Bangkok really soon to import cosmetics and sell in Thailand. Can your company help me for that? And what are the requirements that I should know and prepare for you?
Panwa: Kindly note that we can assist to register a company in Thailand which you need to have a Thai shareholder and address in Thailand. Moreover, for this type of business, the company needs to apply the customs paperless to allow products to enter and go out to Thailand which we can assist to apply such paperless. However, as you will be importing cosmetics, we understood that it needs more product licenses from FDA to be used together with the customs formalities above to be fully cleared at the Customs Department and if you will also be a distributor, maybe another license is required. Anyway, for the product license and any licenses for distribution, we cannot assist due to we do not specialize on such, which you can discuss with the shipping provider or license provider directly.
