I would like to register company branch office which currently my company’s head office is in Bangkok. I would like to know, does the government have any restrictions on registering branch office? and the branch office need to be on the same area of head office?

Panwa: Please note that the company branch office can be either in the same area of the head office or another province in Thailand and there are no restrictions for registering branch office, which it depends on the company’s decision directly.
