The company has plan to destroy the inventories and receive the approval letter from RD already, but, it has the accident, so, the company need to change the date of destroy inventories. In this case, the approval letter from RD can still be used?

Panwa: in your case, if you can’t destroy your inventories in the said date and time that you inform tax officer, the approval letter is invalid, you need to inform them again before destroy.
