My company has the Customs paperless license, since the company doesn’t have any movement on such license more than a year, my license was automatically blocked by the system of the Customs. So I have submitted the documents to active this license again. I would like to know that in case my company shipping only one time a year so I must renew the license every 6 months right?
Panwa: Please note that for your company’s case, if you ship only once a year, we suggest your company to check every time (before you ship) if the license is still active (as per the 6 month period) or if it already expired which you must renew the license first, at least 1 week in advance before shipping.
Moreover, please also note that for renewal of license, the director must come to Thailand every time due to the original passport of the director is required.
