Annoucement of Bangkok Registrar Office regarding Your company/ limited partnership will have a defunct status (deleted out).
During the year, the Bangkok Registrar Office may annouce for the company who have no business activities and unsubmit financial statement, then the letter may send to those company at registered address if you don’t reponse back within 90 days then your company will have a defuct status and be deleted out of Registered Database of the Ministry of Commerce.
Remark: This year 2024, the Registrar’ve just annouced at date February 29, 2024 for totaling 8,221 companies
