1. Set up a company with holding strcuter 49%:51% (Foreginer : Thai) and this company will be a Thai company which can own this land and in the futuer when you prefer to sell you can sell the company without any fee at Land Department.
   Cost of registration is Baht 27,000.
2. To protec the onwership disputation, you can hold common share with declare voting right as 1 share have 1 vote meanwhile the Thai will hold “Preferred Shares” with declare 10 shares have 1 vote so you can have the majority voting rights.
   Cost of modification of company’s article to cover “Preferred Shares” is Baht 5,000.
3. To maintain this company, we can serve for accounting, tax and auditing with the fee roughly Baht 13,000 with other cost such as Mid-year tax for another Baht 3,000.
4. When you want to sell this land, no need to transfer at Land Department, you just only sell the company’s shares so the new buyer will automaticaly own the land.
   Cost of transferring shares is Baht 20,000.
5. Gardener, we can recommend local gardeners to cut and clean this land for 2 months per time.
   Cost for gardener is Baht 1,000 per time every 2 months.
