The company paid the movie shooting fee, is this applicable to any tax?

Panwa: If the company paid the movie shooting fee need to:

    Pay to personal, deduct the withholding tax at the rate 5% and submit P.N.D. 3 form 
    Pay to company, deduct withholding tax at the rate 5% and submit P.N.D. 53 form 
    Pay to foundation, deduct withholding tax at the rate 10% and submit P.N.D. 53 form
