My director intends to register a Thai company with 2 Thai shareholders. So I would like to know since the shareholders are Thai nationals, do they need to provide a bank certificate or not?

Panwa: According to the Thai law, if have a foreign director or shareholder in the company, all Thai shareholders must provide a bank certificate under their personal bank account. However, in case all directors and shareholders are Thais, there is no need to provide a bank certificate.
