Is possible to apply “Tax Residence Certificate” under my name during the past year 2023 in order to prove with Tax Authority in oversea that I also have income there.

0May I ask your help to apply “Tax Residence Certificate” that I have worked in Thailand during year 2023 due to I have to prove with other country’ tax authority?

1. You reside in Thailand more than 180 days during year 2023.
2. Your Personal Income Tax (PND.91 or  90) was already filed.

In order to apply, you must provide us the required documents as below:

• Copy of passport with unvalid visa and all pages.
• Copy of your tax return (form PND.90 or 91).
• For RA.01 for English version – provided by Panwa.
• Detail with explanation for entrance and depart Thailand with match to your passport.
• Authorization Letter (Power of Atthorny).

Remark: Case of more than 1 country’s usage, you mush specify the Country name then the Revenue Department will issue certificate follow your requested.
