I would like you to assist to increase capital of my company which I understand that if the total capital after increase is more than 5 million Baht, the company have to show the bank certificate. May I know if you can assist to provide the bank certificate on my behalf due to my company not yet have the bank account?
Panwa: We can assist to register for increase capital of your company and kindly note that if the total amount of capital after increase is more than 5 million baht, the company need to show the bank certificate. However, the bank certificate, we cannot assist due to the government requires such document issued under your company name directly which your company need to proceed for open the bank account first, then deposit the capital amount to the account and request for the bank certificate. After, provide it to us to submit together when we register for increase paid up capital at Department of Business Development.
