If I would like to change the director of my company (remove 1 director and replace with new director), does the old director need to sign on any forms to remove himself?

Panwa: Please note that the old director needs to sign on the forms for change of the director and he also needs to prepare his resignation letter to prove that he already resigned from the director of your company.
