If I need to update my address that is shown on my TIN card, I need to do it directly at the Revenue Department or can you assist to do it on my behalf? How long will it take and does it have any fee for this change?

Panwa: Please note that if you would like to change/update your address on your TIN card, you can either do it directly by yourself which you need to prepare the requirements and submit to the Revenue Department or if in case you are inconvenient to proceed, we can assist for such which we can finish for change of address and obtain the new TIN card within 1 day. Moreover, please note that there is no government fee for update your information on TIN card.
