A company will buy my land. I understood that I am responsible to file and pay all amounts for personal income tax to the Land Department. For this mentioned, who is responsible for the tax payment, is it me or the company (buyer of my land)?
Panwa: Normally the seller is responsible to pay for such tax, however, it still depends on the agreements of both parties.
