I’m one of the investor in Thai company which I mainly live in overseas for more than 2 years. If I would like to check the statement, income, etc. of the company that I invested of last 3 years, how can I get it?

Panwa: Please note that the documents that you need is a financial statement which contains:

1. Balance Sheet
2. Income Statement
3. Note to financial statements
4. Auditor report

Moreover, if you would like to get these documents, normally this documents can duplicate at DBD’s online government system however, such financial statements submitted to government are issued in Thai language, in case you are inconvenient for this process, we can assist you for duplicate financial statement for last 3 years which you need to provide us the company name and registration number.
