We have a company oversea (Singapore) and we plan to set up the Representative office in Thailand, do we need to be present there in Thailand to sign the documents or can we sign them oversea?
Panwa: Currently the process for setting up Representative office in Thailand can be done via online system only however, the Representative office manager still need to present in Thailand due to one of the requirements is a copy of passport, page of latest valid immigration stamp of arrival in Thailand.
