If my company would like to change the shareholder of company, can we prepare the papers and submit directly to the DBD office? And do we need to arrange the shareholders’ meeting to comply with the Thai law?

Panwa: Please note that under the new policy of DBD, currently the company cannot submit documents by paper for change of shareholder at DBD office, which the process must be done online through DBD E-Filing. Moreover, for change of shareholder, there is no requirement to arrange the shareholders’ meeting which your company can update by online directly.

Does the process of change company’s shareholder requires to arrange the shareholder meeting?
