Q: I have a damaged Foreign Business License. For this case, can I request for a new replacement license? due to I need to use this license to submit to other departments. Please advise.
Panwa : Please note that if you have damaged the foreign business license of the company, your company does not need to apply for a new license. Moreover, you need to submit an application form for request a replacement certificate to the foreign business registrar within 15 days from the date that the license was damaged and the required documents are as:
- Application form for a replacement license or certificate of business operation according to Section 21 (which is called Form T.8).
- The explanation letter.
- The original foreign business license that was damaged.
- Signed copy of passport or identity card of the authorized director.
Moreover, please note that after you have submitted such documents, you need to pay the government fee Baht 5,000 for a replacement and you can receive the replacement certificate within 7 days.
