Credit Bureau Check
Service Fees:
- For individuals: 6,000 Baht (for urgent cases within 1 day, 8,000 Baht)
- For legal entities (companies/partnerships): 8,000 Baht (for urgent cases within 1 day, 10,000 Baht)
Fees:
- A fee of 100 Baht for receiving the report within 15 minutes after submission
- A shipping fee of 20 Baht for postal delivery.
Timeline
- For urgent cases (1 business day), the request can be submitted and received on the same day.
- Normally, the report will be received within 7 days via postal delivery.
Procedure
Panwa Accounting will process to registration the form, along to prepare the power of attorney and submit it.
- For urgent case, the process will be finish within 1 business day
- For waiting to receive by postal, it will take 7 days. (to be receive by postal)
Document required
For individuals:
- Power of attorney for individuals.
- A copy of the ID card of the person granting the power of attorney, signed and certified as correct, along with the original ID for verification.
- A copy of the ID card of the authorized representative, signed and certified as correct, along with the original ID for verification.
For Legal Entities:
- Power of attorney for legal entities.
- A copy of the legal entities certificate, certified within the last 3 months, and signed for verification by the authorized director, with the legal entities seal (if applicable).
- A copy of the ID card or passport of the authorized director, signed and certified as correct, along with the original ID for verification.
- A copy of the ID card or passport of the authorized representative, signed and certified as correct, along with the original ID for verification.
Further Information about the Credit Bureau:
- The Credit Bureau retains information for no more than 3 years. For example, if the data owner has an outstanding credit card balance in August and later pays off the debt and closes the account in September, the credit report for September will show the balance as 0 and the account status as “closed.” This information will remain in the Credit Bureau for no more than 3 years from the date the financial institution reports the account closure. After 3 years, the credit card account will automatically be removed from the Credit Bureau’s database.
- The credit Bureau cannot immediately delete credit card account information, once the debt has been paid off and account is closed, as commonly understand.
- Financial institution that are members will submit information to the Credit Bureau according to their reporting cycle, which is on a monthly basis, not in real time. For example, information on account closure payments from March 2021 will be available for you to check in the Credit Bureau starting from April 30, 2021.
