I have both Thai and foreign friends who interested to create the new Thai company which I understood that one of the requirement is the director. I would like to know if I can separate the directors’ responsibility to sign on the documents at the government into 2 groups?

Panwa: Yes, you can separate names of the directors and also can specify the purpose of their authorization for each government and for each group such as directors in group A can sign the documents only for the DBD and directors in group B can sign the documents related to the ministry of labour etc. which such authorization will be shown on the company’s affidavit after the company is registered.
