I plan to close  our company in Thailand in short time, can you explain how contactless the process will be? Do we/our directors need to be present in Thailand?

Panwa: Kindly note that for closing process, normally the director(s) must be present in Thailand to sign the documents, however, as the current covid-19 situation, we could send the documents to sign in overseas instead of the directors coming to Thailand, by the way we will send the documents via email and then the director print out then sign and after send us back by courier, but please note that in case sign in overseas, we will have additional charge for coordinating for signing in overseas , in amount of Baht 3,210.
