- Fee for copy of title deed equals to 20 Baht (Twenty Baht).
- Fee for certified the copy of document equals to 5 Baht (Five Baht) per page.
- Fee for taking a photo of title deed (N.S.3K and N.S.3) equals to 6 Baht (Six Baht) per page

Can you find owners contact number ? For example i say vondo name?
Currently Land Department do not allow for duplicate information of the owner, anyway, it depends on the area, we may ask the officer that we have connection inside to help so better to give me the area first. Anyway in order to find out the title deed (condo deed) we need to know the number of deed or the unit with the condo’s name.

Thank you. Currently the system of Land Department is not allow to search under individual name or personal name so we can’t do for this requested except you know the exact District (Aumphur) we may help to discuss with officcer for the posibility to do search via system or manual.
