Change of the information of the company on the website of DBD such as company’s website, email and telephone number

Generally, it doesn’t need to register for the change of information but can prepare documents and application form then submit directly to the registrar together with the following documents:

1. Application for change of telephone number
2. Application for change or cancel of URL of the business
3. Application for change of email address of juristic person
4. New email address, website and both new and old telephone numbers including the reason for change of telephone number.
5. Copy of company affidavit and objectives (within 6 months) as signed by the authorized director.
6. Power of attorney
7. Copy of ID card or copy of passport of the authorized director
