If you plan to amend (remove or add) the business of company, Panwa can serve you for register to change of objectives for both Department of Business development and the Revenue Department on behalf of your company.
Service Fee: Our service depends on the place of registration as below:
At Department of Business Development (DBD) is Baht 10,000.
At Revenue Department (in case of VAT registered company) is Baht 5,000.
The provision cost for change of business objective at DBD and RD departments, as below:

Q1 – My company originally operates a trading business. Currently would like to change it to be manufacturing business of auto parts and spare parts. Like this situation, does our company have to register for remove the current objective first and add the new objective later?Panwa: If you would like to change the business objective from the current to the new objective, please note that you can change it directly in one time without register for removing the current objective first. |
Q2 – If I will add the new company’s objectives for 4-5 items for different kinds in one time, is it possible and is there any limitations for adding business of company?Panwa: There is no limitation for adding business objective which your company can add as much as you wish. Moreover, some business may also need other requirements such as licenses before your company can start such business. |
