I am the one of the director of my friend’s company however, I cannot sign on any company’s documents due to the authorization condition has specific name of the first director who is my friend only. Since my other friend who is the authorized director always travel in oversea, thus the company would like to appoint me to sign on the company’s documents instead. Can you assist me for this matter?
Panwa: Please note that your company need to register for change the authorization condition at DBD again which the new authorization can be either “One of director can sign” or “either Mr. A(your friend) or Mr. B(you) can sign” and after, you will have the authorization to sign any company’s documents instead of your friend. Moreover, for the process of such change, your friend need to sign the forms only due to he is the current director who has authorization.
