Change company’s shareholder without change director, do we have to call for shareholders’ meeting?

Panwa: To change company’s shareholder is changing inner the company there is no need to call for shareholders’ meeting and no need to register to the DBD or approve by registrar. Anyway after the Shareholding structure is changed , the company’s director must record into Share Book and also up date shareholders’ list to DBD office.
