We are xxx co., ltd. (Developers/Construction) and have to withhold tax when paying for hotel accommodation for our guests?

Noneed to deduce withholding tax for Hotel accomodation and its resturant, refer to Revenue Discussion no. 0706/1176 ( กค 0706/1176) and Revenue Order no.Tor Por 4/2528 (refer to clause 12/1).
