I have the Thai company registered with the business of consulting services but I would like to change my business to export the products from Thailand to overseas (no import and sale in the territory), as this kind of business, can the shareholder of my company be a 100% foreign shareholders?
Panwa: If you will convert the business to export the products outside Thailand without selling and import in Thailand, kindly note that your company can have a 100% foreign shareholders. Moreover, before you can operate the export business must apply for the Customs license (paperless) first and/or other related licenses (depends on the products that you will export) which you can discuss for the additional license with the license provider directly however, we can serve your company for register for change of business objective and apply for Customs License (paperless).
