I would like to incorporate the company in Thailand with register the company seal. I would like to know if there are any restrictions on the company seal? Can I only put the design or do I need to put both design and company name too? And in the future, can i still change the design of logo again?
Panwa: Please note that there are no specific restrictions on the company seal. For the size, you can decide what size you would like to have (as long as its size is appropriate on the paper), and you can choose to have only the design (without the company name) or both design and company name, depends on your company’s decision. Moreover, in the future you can change the design of company seal but you have to register such change at the government too.
