I’m curious about something. My company did not register VAT and tomorrow, it will be registered for closing at DBD. Anyway, I understood that in order to complete this closure, my company also needs to do the process of liquidation first. So I would like to know if my company can register for liquidation on the next day immediately after the company is registered for closing?

Panwa: Please note that the company cannot be liquidated immediately after it register for closing at DBD due to the company needs to advertise in the local newspaper for 2nd time to inform the creditors and debtors that the company will be closed since when and to let them come to clear the liabilities at the company head office (if have). If the creditors and debtors do not raise any objections within 7 days, the company can register for liquidation at DBD to finalize for closing of company.

Can the company register for liquidation immediately after register for closing the company?
