I want to register the company and start to do business focusing on trading of garments and also plan to import jewelry including beauty accessories later. I would like to know if I can add the import business when I register the company or do I need to add it later when I will actually do it?

Panwa: Normally when you register the company, you can add or register many different kinds of businesses in such company, regardless if you will do such business immediately after your company is set-up or when you will do it later. Or you can also register your main business first and for other business objectives that you still plan to do in the future, you can also add it up at a later stage, depending on your company’s decision.
