I have a company in Singapore and I am the director. If I would like to create new company in Thailand, can I follow my Singapore’s company name and can I be the director too?

Panwa: Please note that you can follow your Singapore’s company name and you can be the director of the new Thai company too. However, for the company name suffix, kindly note that the government in Thailand allows to use the suffix “Company Limited” or “Limited”, or the abbreviation is “Co., Ltd.” and “Ltd.” for private companies only which you can choose only one suffix and both are of the same meaning.
