I would like to apply a TIN Card to pay my taxes in Thailand which I let your firm assisted for this. Anyway, your staff also ask me for the overseas address information which I don’t have such address, since I live in Thailand longer than 10 years. So I would like to inquire from you that this information is necessary to apply TIN? Can I still apply for TIN if without overseas address?

Panwa: Please note that the overseas address is one of the information that needs to be filled in the form for applying Tax ID Number (TIN). However, in case you stay in Thailand for a long time, there is no need to provide such information and you still can proceed for apply your Tax ID Number (TIN)
