A shareholder of the company has passed away. What is the procedure for changing shareholders? and what is notified?
Panwa: The shareholder died. Since the change of shareholders will be an internal matter in the company that the company must have an agreement to buy, sell, and transfer shares first. After that, the list of new shareholders can be changed via the Department of Business Development’s e-filing system. (Which the official did not ask to see documents whether the company really bought, sold or transferred shares or not. You can file a change via the e-filing system.)
