I plan to close my company due to it  was registered last 12 years ago but I never do anything and once I checked with the website of DBD and I found out that my company is already defunct (unoccupied company), thus, please advise us?  do I still need to close the company?

Panwa: Please note that when the company is deleted out from the system of register due to the company is already defunct (unoccupied company), under the law, there is no need to register for closing the company and liquidation again.
