When I checked my company’s shareholders’ list, I got confused why it did not indicate the types of shares even if my company registered for modify article of association to classify the shares. Can you give me some advice?

Panwa: Please note that the shareholders’ list can be updated or changed by 2 ways, the first one is submit by paper to the government (DBD) which for this submission, you can specify the type of share of each shareholder whereas, if update the shareholders’ list through online system of DBD, the duplicated document will not show the type of share. Moreover, in case of the details of the specification of shares of your company, it will be shown on the company’s modified article of association (AOA) document.
