My Thai friend has registered a Thai company with all Thai nationality and money exchange business but his shop is still on the process of construction. I would like to know while the shop is on the process of construction, his company can apply for money exchange license?
Panwa: Please note that if in case the shop of your friend is on the process of construction or renovation, his company can submit the application for apply the money exchange license at Bank of Thailand by providing the shop’s picture of construction first then if in case the shop is finished with construction, then he can provide the additional pictures of the completed construction or renovation later.
