Our company has applied for trademark almost 10 years. Moreover, we received the letter from Department of Intellectual Property that our trademark will expire in the next 3 months which I do not know about this before. Can your firm help? If so, how long is the renewal process?

Panwa: Normally, the trademark certificate is valid 10 years which the company has responsibility to renew such certificate 3 months before its expiry at Department of Intellectual Property. Moreover, we can assist for renewal of trademark within 1 day and after submitting the application form for renewal, the new trademark certificate will be sent to the company’s head office by post within 1-2 months.
