Today my company just changed the shareholders’ list submitted through DBD’s online, and then I just found out that my last name was misspelled a few letters in English. Please advise how I can correct my name or do I have to submit the letter of amendment to the government officer?
Panwa: Please note that if in case your company has already submitted the shareholders’ list through the DBD system (online) then you found out that your English name was misspelled, for this case you do not need to submit a letter of amendment to the government. Moreover, you can correct your last name by resubmitting the shareholders’ list through the DBD system. After you have filled in all the information, you can print out the draft of this document and review it first. After all information are correct, you can confirm the resubmission of the shareholders’ list in the system.
