My company already applied for trademark and now waiting for the approval from Department of Intellectual Property (DIP). If I would like to change company’s address at DBD, is it possible? Or I have to wait for the trademark approval from DIP first?

Panwa: Please note that it is possible for your company to change company’s address while you are waiting for the trademark approval from DIP and no need to wait for approval first. After you changed address at DBD you need to change address at DIP department too. This is due to when DIP will send any letter including the letter of approval of your application to your new address. Moreover, if in case you do not change the address at DIP then the DIP will send the approval letter to your old address as the same which you will not receive any letters and your application might be considered void.
