I plan to increase my current capital of Baht 2 million to be baht 5 million, however I would like to know if I will increase the capital, when the new capital amount must be shown on the government system? and also when is the best time that my company need to inject the capital to the company’s account?
Panwa: Please note that for increase the capital, the new capital amount will be shown on the DBD system on the same date that your company register for increase capital at DBD. Moreover, for capital of lower than baht 5 million and baht 5 million, the government does not check for this, which there is actually no required period that you can bring in/inject the capital fund into your company’s account. However, it would be best if you can bring in the capital fund anytime after the process of increase capital has been completed.
