I applied the trademark under my Thai company since last year. However, this year my staff have checked on the government system and found out that our trademark is rejected by the officer. Do we have other solutions for this?

Panwa: Please note that for your case, if the officer did not approve and reject your trademark application, you can submit the appeal document to the trademark committee within 60 days after you receive the result from the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), which normally the officer will send the letter to inform the result by post or you can check on their system directly. If over from such deadline, the application will be considered invalid and your company have to submit the application forms to DIP again.
