My company registered for change of company name and seal at DBD in Chonburi last week, unfortunately the officer did not issue the new company certificate with new name to me. Currently I returned to Bangkok already, please advise if I have to travel back to Chonburi to get it there or I can get it in Bangkok? And can someone do it on my behalf?
Panwa: Please note that you can have the company certificate duplicated at any Department of Business Development (DBD)’s branch. If in case the officer did not issue the certificate under the new company name after registration, you can either go back to meet the DBD officer in Chonburi province and obtain such certificate directly there or you can duplicate such certificate in Bangkok instead. Moreover, you can appoint someone to request it on your behalf, which you have to issue a power of attorney and your signed copy of passport.
