I would like to know and check my company’s shareholders’ list history. How can I check it?
Panwa: Please note that for checking your company’s shareholders’ list history, you can actually do it in 2 options.
- The 1st option is to check it on the DBD online e-filing system
- The 2nd option is to duplicate your company’s shareholders’ list directly from the DBD office.
In case you choose to check by using the 1st option, you can only actually check any shareholder list changes/amendment that you have made online, but if for any shareholder amendments made through paper submission at DBD before, you cannot check it through online system. Thus, we suggest that if you would like to check the full history of your company’s shareholders’ list changes/amendments, you can proceed with option 2 instead, which you can check with the DBD officer directly at the DBD office. Anyway, in case you are inconvenient to duplicate, we can also assist for this matter.
