My supplier request the company’s certificate updated within 3 months. Can you provide that to me? As I remember that your company assisted me to incorporate the company.
Panwa: The company’s certificate cannot be updated as the officer issued such certificate for one time only. Moreover, most suppliers will request for updated company’s affidavit and objective documents which this documents are normally confused and interchangeably referred to as company certificate. However, that company’s certificate and affidavit are different documents. Certificate is the document that specifies the company name and registration date, whereas the affidavit specifies all the basic company information such as company name, registration date, capital, director, authorization, address, etc.
